Payment:

We accept payment by PayPal, Cheques or Postal Orders. Cheques and Postal Orders should be make payable to PINK DIVA. Goods will only be allowed for dispatch once your cheque is cleared by our Bank which is normally 7 working days.

Delivery:

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Returned products must be unworn, have the receipt with them and returned within 30 days. You can choose to have a refund or exchange.

Legal Statement:

Every care has been taken to describe products as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur with colours reproduction due to the fabric and thread colouring procedure. Pink Diva shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from the breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
